Magic and the Supernatural Conference in Salzburg, Austria

I just found this wonderful archive of papers presented at the first annual conference on Magic and the Supernatural last year.  Much of it shades toward literature rather than praxis, but it still includes a number of pieces that might be of interest to Papers readers.

  1. There’s some great stuff here. Unfortunately, the presentation on the Germanizing of Paracelsus, which includes “a short look on the Nazi interest in the witchcraft trials” has no draft paper. Finding stuff on the Hexenkartothek in English is quite difficult, so any little thing I can find is golden for me.

  2. I didn’t know this existed..thanks for taking the time to point us in the right direction. :)Very interesting stuff here…I’m sure the conference would have been fascinating to attend!
